Boletos Barato is not responsible for any change in the flight schedule made by the airline, we will inform you of the changed schedule of your flight if we get the information from the airline.We recommend that you simply reconfirm your flight schedule directly with the airline 24 hours before your scheduled flight departure.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

• Once a booking number has been circulated, you are not permitted to change the passenger named in the confirmed booking with another passenger’s name.
• Payment for online bookings can be executed through credit cards, MasterCard cards, internet banking, and cash cards, or more.
• The airlines may expect you to pay additional fees at the airport for certain services. If you surpass certain limits as dictated by the airline, such as the number of bags or extra weight.
• Every airline has a diverse policy on seat reservation; when you change your seat and can’t have your meal on time, you are responsible for that. Airlines service charges special requests which are non-refundable.

BOOKING PROCESS

Once payment is verified, you will receive a “ Payment Successful” email from us. You consent to check the details in the email and to notify us immediately if any of the details are wrong. We shall use reasonable efforts to issue your flight schedule within the time frame we notified you of during your booking process, and as set out in the “Flight Payment Successful” email. If your flight ticket is not issued within this time frame, please reach us.

TAXES, CHARGES, AND FEES

• All fare arrangements and processing fees are non-refundable.
• Charges on your credit card may be listed for each customer by the airline.

Boletos Barato doesn’t offer any additional representation or guarantee made for the service fee charged. It covers only reserving creation, site usage, and assistance of our phone agent in searching airfares and travel products, if applicable. Service fees may vary at any time, and the updated prices may not reveal immediately. The actual service fee is displayed in the Total flight Journey Cost during check out. The customer has the right to decide against purchasing if the final price is not acceptable. Please reconsider the total flight Price carefully.

CANCEL AND REFUND

Our service fees and airline tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. in case the travel has not begun, the customer has called the airline’s customer service to cancel. Cancellations can be made via our customer support page, telephonic, or email features. GSkywings
will accept refund requests after the following conditions met:

• Boletos Barato sells a service fee per passenger. This fee is not refundable under any conditions and is independent of the rate selected by the customer.
• For your security, bookings may only be withdrawn over the phone and not by email or web chat.
• If you do not fly on the departure portion of your reservation, you will lose the total value of your ticket(s).
• Most airfares booked may be non-refundable as per the respective airline policy.
• In case, the airline cancels the flight, the passenger needs to inform Boletos Barato of
a hassle-free refund process.
• There will be no refund for ‘no-show’ or any partially unused flights.

CANCEL AND EXCHANGE

Service fees, we have charged for reservations or bookings are 100% non-refundable. The refund amount is dependent on the suppliers. In some cases where the airline may allow cancellations, a credit may be valid towards a future ticket purchase by the same
traveler on the same airline. We do not guarantee any cancellation. When you are set to book your new booking and wish to use your airline credit, you will be asked to pay fare difference (if any), applicable airline penalties, and any applicable post-ticketing fees. All such changes are governed by each airline’s fare rules, policies, and systems, which are not under our command.

DUPLICATE BOOKING

A repeated booking means that two or more bookings with the same customer name have been made with the same airline. If You have a duplicate booking, the airline may cancel the trip(s). This may also occur if the bookings have been done with different travel agencies. We are not liable for cancellations made by the airlines, nor for denied refunds from airlines, in situations where they suspect a duplicate booking.

CHANGES TO FLIGHTS ALREADY PURCHASED

All prices posted on our websites include flight taxes. They do not cover charges for visas or any applicable departure taxes in a given territory, which may be paid in local coins or U.S. Dollars in this territory. Any changes made to the route are restricted and subject to
airline fare rules, whichever is more restrictive; our flight ticket services do not allow any date or name changes after the booking completed.
